OUTCOME: The Petition was dismissed in its entirety. The Court upheld the granting of the permits to Verizon Wireless

Neighbors challenged the Shawangunk Planning Board's granting of a Special Use Permit and Site Plan Approval to Verizon Wireless. I successfully defended the case on behalf of Verizon Wireless.
