My homeowners association refused to replace a broken concrete patio wall at my townhome, claiming it was their decision whether they had fixed it properly by patching it with a few pieces of wood, which was very ugly, reduced the value of my property, and was likely to be infested by termites, which... has been a problem at my complex many times before. We decided that it was not worth the stress of going after them on the fraud case. He is an angel, and absolutely on the side of helping people.
