Matthew David Marianno

Matthew D. Marianno is an associate practicing in the areas of corporate law, business entity formation, mergers & acquisitions and corporate real estate.  He regularly advises clients in all aspects of entity selection, business planning, corporate governance, asset protection, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.  Mr. Marianno also has extensive experience in helping nonprofit corporations in all aspects of formation, governance and navigation of the tax exemption approval process.

Mr. Marianno has worked on numerous mergers and acquisitions representing both public and private buyers and sellers. He has worked on all facets of the deals including drafting of necessary acquisition agreements and leases, compilation and review of due diligence, employee relations, environmental affairs and government compliance.

On the real estate side, Mr. Marianno has assisted individuals, families and companies negotiate commercial and residential leases, subleases and assignments.  He has worked on behalf of developers, lenders, landowners and municipalities on complex real estate transactions throughout the Coachella Valley.
