She coached me well in covering my paperwork and interpersonal bases. She was understanding and helped me correct common misconceptions I had. She caught and followed up with details missed by other parties, and enlisted her husband Phil in making sure an important real-estate issue was correctly executed. She coached me how to protect some of my more vulnerable supporting records. She discussed options with me and helped me be realistic. Her staff was both friendly and responsive to my calls, as was Ms. Klatchko in her call-backs. Emails and mailings from her office were timely. Based on my experience I recommend her.
