Molly W. Tucker

I am a veteran prosecutor with over a decade of experience in the Riverside County District Attorney's Office, preceded by my tenure at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. Over my career, I have tried more than 30 jury trials and handled over 250 felony preliminary hearings. While I have prosecuted nearly every type of criminal case, my expertise is in Family Violence, including sex crimes, human trafficking, and domestic violence. As a Deputy District Attorney, I led statewide law enforcement training in these areas and managed the Human Trafficking Division of the Riverside County District Attorney's Office, serving as the primary law enforcement liaison for legal guidance and advice.

I oversaw the general felony calendar at the Indio Courthouse, managing and reviewing hundreds of felony cases across all categories on a weekly basis.

I was recently accepted into the U.S. Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) CRT Attorney Network, a nationwide network of qualified defense attorneys representing responsible gun owners in self-defense matters.

I am a respected advocate known for my dedication, enthusiasm, and uncompromising ethics. My extensive experience within the District Attorney's Office and courtroom environment gives me a deep understanding of the system and how to leverage it effectively for my clients.
