A few years ago I had a case where she had to represent me against an abuser (don’t wanna go into too much detail) but I had another DA first who moved out of district so at some point, this DA was then part of my case. I never knew when and never heard from her UNTIL the abuser/criminal in my case w...as having his sentencing date. She agreed to a plea from their side without reaching out to me AT ALL. Very disappointed and already felt very unsupported throughout my case. She then gave a whole speech about how my cases don’t work out for the best and I need to just settle. She was very rude about it and was speaking very passive aggressively towards my mom and I. Then in court on the sentencing day we pointed out some of those things and we again were disappointed in how things went and then she began to get all loud and defensive before accusing my mom of not believing me of the situation and saying she just let things happen. As for that, it was not true. Truly disgusting behavior. I got thrown into this crazy life matter and into this traumatic experience and for her to act the way she did and make me see clearly how unjust the system can be and make me feel that unsupported was really sad. Highly recommend DO NOT hire her if you have that option.

I was hired her For $20k to defend me . She did not help me at all . She told me she struck deal with the DA to end my probation and knock down a felony charge to a misdemeanor after 2.5 years . I needed a solid attorney that could and would represent me in an employer dispute. A friend of mine that is a private investigator recommended Danuta Tuszynska and I made the decision to contact her. She was more than wonderful. I never once had a problem communicating with her. I cannot imagine she... would have a successful law practice if she did not return the calls of her clients. Every time we went to court she was extremely well prepared and had no problem presenting strong arguments on my behalf. I have recommended her to others, although I am unsure if they chose her as their lawyer. For me she was great 5 out of 5 and that AVVO Rating should be at least a 9.0. She is top notch.

This attorney represented me in a matter she was not qualified to defend. I now believe she will claim anything for a retainer. She has no judicial procedure qualifications to practice criminal law. She cannot be trusted and she doesn't return phone calls. She also prepares the most unprofessional ...Declarations and Motions.
