Daryl Lynn Binkley

Daryl’s practice focuses on personalized estate planning, probate and trust administration for individuals, couples and families.  Daryl also advises clients on bankruptcy (Chapter 7 & Chapter 13), asset protection, corporate and business planning. 

Daryl earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Berkeley and Juris Doctor, cum laude at Pepperdine School of Law in Malibu, California.  Daryl received a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Technology Law (A designation for those focused on entrepreneurial, business and legal-related issues).
