I wish we had hired someone else to represent my daughter in a juvenile case, in which my daughter was both a victim (sexual harrassment) but also an offender for defending herself against a school bully. Mr. Tanner was condescending when talking with her and it was as if he did not take seriously th...e confusion and distress she was feeling. He made no effort to find out about our family, or who she was as a person and every time he opened his mouth it felt disgenuous and phony. What made matters worse, is that he was unwilling to advocate or fight for her rights, which further confused and saddened my 15 y.o. daughter. He basically talked to the DA and was thrilled with a result that was no victory for us. He had no fight in him, he was lackluster and insipid and even offensive at times, when he tried to draw parallels to our case using examples that were wildly inaccurate and inappropriate. I wish I could give 0 stars, which directly reflects the amount of care he showed to us. What a waste of time and money!
