My cousin was in arrears on his bill, so I stepped up to pay it for him in full. They sent me a bill with zero explanation, simply an amount. I phoned to ask for details so I knew exactly what I was paying for, which they reluctantly gave me and CHARGED ME $98 to explain but did NOT advise me in adva...nce. Had I known, I would not have paid the added charge. Regarding her work, I worked in a law office for almost 3 yrs but do not have a JD; however, it looks like there may be some oversights, i.e. signatures of all living heirs and exclusion of rightful heirs from deceased siblings.

I recently received a court summons from Tiffany Lopez's law firm saying I owed over $3000 in credit card debt on a card I have never heard of. They had someone bring in the summons to my place of work. I have perfect credit and always have. I called the company and asked them why they were sendin...g me to court and they asked for my date of birth. Once I gave it to them they said "Oops, we must have had the wrong person". Just in case, I contacted my lawyer and it turns out they didn't bother to contact the court so my attorney had to call in on my behalf! I think they purposely target young business owners who might be too afraid to contest this firm in the hopes that 1 in 10 will pay up. Watch out
