Speeding ticket
this lawyer is not good he represented me for a speeding ticket he changed the court like five times and then he lost the case I have to pay 385 for the ticket and 300 to him for nothing

Replied last August 08, 2017When you go to court, there is never any assurance that it will turn out good. I cannot comment further because I cannot tell who wrote this review. Some CHP will not plea bargain, so the only choice is to go to trial. At that point the judge decides.

DISMAL BUSINESS ACUMEN & POROUS LAWYER!
Do not hire or give any money to this man! He is forgetful and his communication is atrocious. I paid him to take my case back in July. The date for the trail was pushed back many times, which I was ok with, but the communication of these delays was nonexistent. Every time I called his office and as ...

Replied last February 22, 2017Unfortunately, traffic cases are unpredictable in their outcome. All Clients have my cell phone number and e-mail. As with other lawyers, sometimes I can't talk when I am in court or am with another client. Part of the problem is that the CHP no longer will plea bargain (at least in Riverside & San Bernardino counties). Another lawyer advertises that he has 95% success rate in NON CHP tickets. This is actually my experience as well. I'm sorry you are dissatisfied. Please call or text my cell phone to discuss further. If you don't have it, call the office and anyone that answers will give it to you. It is also on by business card (the DHS number). Or e-mail me.. One thing to remember that lawyers ethically cannot guarantee results in a particular case. This rule is repeated constantly from law school on. Please call or e-mail me.

If you get into a jam in Indio give Leonard Cravens a call immediately. He knows the courts and he knows what he is doing. Beyond professional. He made my problem in criminal court go away.
