She is not above the law and should have been suspended or reprimanded for her criminal actions. When a lawyer acts like they are above the law especially when it comes to probate and the monies of a deceased live one they should be held at a higher standard. But with Tonni eggebraaten this is not ...the case. She was the court appointed attorney in a trust that ended up in probate and after all accounts settled she never contacted me to get me my personal belongings of which I was entitled to. Nothing was even sent to me once she and the administrative were paid. She is not biased nor does she have the interest of the intentions of the deseased wishes on her agenda. It is all about how much she can take from the trust / probate and how much is legally acceptable to charge for making phone call and sending emails. If she happens to end up on any case involving probate or trust that you are a beneficiary ask the judge to immediately have her removed. Take it from someone who got ripped off and someone who knows that she doesn’t care what the deceased wishes are. Tonni Eggebratten has her own financial gain adgenda.
