Mario Rodriguez

I hired Mr. Rodriguez for my case at about a year and a half ago. There has been many steps and procedures taken since then, and I like to say that Mario Rodriguez, Angie his secretary, and staff, have all been great at communicating with me every step along the way. Never have they not responded to... a text message or taken too long to get back to me when I had a question to ask. When In court, everyone seemed to know Mario Rodriguez, even the janitors. He walked around the courthouse as if he knew every facet and person in the building, like it was in his own backyard. Very comfortable. It definitely helped me feel more comfortable. Two years ago, I got myself into some big trouble. I was looking at years in the federal prison and by the end of the trial, Mario got me two years' probation and no jail time. Before meeting Mario Rodriguez, I was naive to the system and Law enforcement persecution method. I had someone filed a complaint against me to the police and based on that report a detective decided to reach out to me and use a tactic call (ruse) to have me come into the police department. The det...ective called me saying I cloud be a potential victim of Identity theft and that he had some paper work for me and a few questions. I showed up and once he had me in a private room he switch the subject and started questioning me about some accusation made against me. I panic and answered all his question, I was never informed that i was being recorded or that every I said would be used in a court of law. He helped them take the necessary steps to get me out on bail as soon as possible and when I met with Mario for the first time I felt a sense of relief and I had a good feeling about him overall. I came in with a tough case I told him i had messed up and talked to the police and things that i said were being used against me. He told me he would do everything in his power to protect me and my image. He took on my case and we both later learned how bad the case looked and he was completely honest with me. He said based on what i said it would not be easy but he reassured me that he would do what it takes to protect me. It was a long process of 2 years with many hearings and showing up to court before trail began. During trial I got to spend a lot of time with Mario and his assistant and my parents were with us supporting us during the whole trial. We really got to know Mario on a personal level and we got to witness his profesional side as well as his human side. He went above and beyond to expose everything to the Jurors how i was wrongfully detained and how I was tricked and cheated out of the investigation and instead how the Detective and DA worked so hard to incriminate me rather than to figured out the truth. A case that at First glance to any other defense attorney or DA would look impossible to prove me not guilty. Based on the “voluntary confession” but Mario always believed me and listen to my parents and paid close attention to the inconsistencies of the accuser, the detective and the inexperience of the nurse taking the SART exam. You can be sure that Mario Rodriguez is the best in the valley and that he cares about his clients. He’ll treat you like a human being you’ll never feel like just another case.
