Andrea Dolan Bouchard

Andrea Dolan Bouchard offers compassionate, yet experienced representation in and out of court. As a sworn member of the State Bar of California, she is currently a Criminal Defense and Family Law attorney with Dolan Law Offices, located in Indio, CA.

Ms. Bouchard has experience with all areas of family law, including dissolution of marriage, legal separation, child custody and visitation, grandparent visitation, move-away requests, child and spousal support, support arrears, pre-nuptial agreements, domestic violence restraining orders, and post-judgment modifications. Ms. Bouchard has participated in obtaining a Minors Counsel certification. As a Certified Minors Counsel Attorney, Ms. Bouchard is qualified to represent children providing them with a voice and advocating for their needs.

Andrea Bouchard graduated from California State University San Bernardino with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. While completing her undergraduate curriculum, she obtained her Level III P.O.S.T. (Peace Officer Standards & Training) Certification from the College of the Desert Public Safety Academy, graduating number one academically. Ms. Bouchard attended Trinity Law School in Orange County. Since then, she has continued to successfully represent an ever-growing amount of local Coachella Valley clients.

In 2014, Ms. Bouchard began instructing at the California Desert Trial Academy College of Law (CDTA) educating future attorneys in exam writing and property law.

Ms. Bouchard is a Southern California native. When not in court, she enjoys spending time with her husband and twin boys. She understands the bond between parent and child, and will go to great lengths to ensure justice for your family.
