They can not foreclose if you are current, regardless of the fact that you discharged your personal liability on the debt.
They will not foreclose...

If you are now "making great money" it would be best not to get the court (and the Trustee) further involved in your case. The HOA is a long way...

What sort of taxes are you referring to? Counties don't usually "sue" for unpaid taxes ... they just sell the property to the State.
