Francisco graduated from California Western School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor with a concentration in Business Law. During law school, he was the Editor-in-Chief of Law Review and interned for the Department of Business Oversight for the State of California. His law review article, “The Remote Tippee Dilemma: Resolving Tippee Liability More Than Thirty Years After Dirks v. SEC” secured his induction into the National Order of Scribes for “Outstanding Legal Writing.”
