Francisco A. Loayza-Romero

Francisco Loayza’s disciplined and hardworking nature combined with his ability absorb a deep grasp of several areas of law and industries have allowed him to gain the trust and admiration of employers all over San Diego county.

Francisco is originally from the Central Valley of California. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Berkeley. Following his undergrad studies, he worked at the State Capitol for over a year prior to entering law school. While working at the Capitol, he was able to gain valuable firsthand experience and knowledge of the bicameral state legislature.

Francisco graduated from California Western School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor with a concentration in Business Law. During law school, he was the Editor-in-Chief of Law Review and interned for the Department of Business Oversight for the State of California. His law review article, “The Remote Tippee Dilemma: Resolving Tippee Liability More Than Thirty Years After Dirks v. SEC” secured his induction into the National Order of Scribes for “Outstanding Legal Writing.”
