I have been a return client to MFLC at various times over a span of more than twenty years. Ethan is a nice caring gentleman.He is professional,honest and fair.For my case he spent quality time w/ his team,particularly during the court hearing. I originally asked him to get a restraining order but now I have him to handle all my cases related to family issues.We have been working togeth...er for almost 17 months.He is trustable so I'd like to continue working with him and also recommend him to any one who has family issue.

I had the same experience as prior review. In addition to overcharging, he made many mistakes. In my opinion, he spends too much time drumming up business and too little time doing his work. On the positive, he did admit many of his mistakes, and took some money off of the bill. However, at end, he m...ade another major error. Because the court cited it as the primary factor, he promised to take another 5K off the bill and only took off 2K. We are still fighting.

My divorce was basic, and both my spouse and I were in agreement on almost everything, but Mr Marcus's office suceeded in dragging it out over three years, getting me less than when what originally agreed on, and charging me for rediculous things like "training his assistant, when the one assigned t...o me left. time to researching basic divorce laws, when he claims to have 18 years experience? Incorrect billing charges, and incompetent office staff.
