Tracey Lynn Delange

Senior-level attorney with over 20 years of experience representing publicly traded corporations, private companies, senior executives and professionals. Comprehensive background includes litigation, labor and employment, securities, transactional, advertising and promotions, fraud and abuse, environmental, regulatory, corporate compliance and corporate governance experience.

As the Assistant General Counsel for a multi-national corporation, Tracey supported the company’s human resource and employee-relations functions; managed employment-related litigation and administrative claims; oversaw and conducted internal investigations; created, implemented and conducted training on various labor laws and HR policies; and provided advice and counsel to the HR team on benefits, leaves, accommodations, and discipline matters. As a former corporate counsel, Tracey brings a business-centered approach to her practice, allowing her to serve as a trusted partner in developing creative solutions to reduce risk and protect the legal interests of the business.

An accomplished litigator, Tracey has been involved in every stage of the litigation process. Tracey has litigated in both state and federal court, has conducted administrative trials/hearings, and has represented clients in arbitrations and mediations. Recognized for her strong writing skills, Tracey has also successfully briefed a case before the United States Supreme Court.
