The Law Offices of Timothy C. Karen are located in the County of San Diego, California.  We focus our practice in the area of investment, insurance and securities fraud, will and trust litigation and consumer fraud, with an emphasis upon protection of the Elderly and Disabled. As firm founder and principal, Timothy C. Karen has been in practice since 1984.

Our firm has represented hundreds of clients in court and in arbitration during the past twenty-nine years.  Mr. Karen is currently admitted to practice law before bars of the State of California, the District of Columbia (inactive), the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of California, the Central District of California, the Northern District of California, the Eastern District of California, the District of Colorado, the Central District of Illinois, the Western District of Michigan, the Western District of Texas, the Northern District of Texas, the Southern District of Texas and the Eastern District of Texas. He has extensive experience handling arbitration cases filed with the National Association of Securities Dealers (currently known as FINRA) and is a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association, a national organization of attorneys dedicated to representing defrauded investors.  He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.
