I had a very stressful experience with a moving company, and I’m very grateful for the support I received from Mr. Garcia and his assistant. Mr. Garcia was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. I contacted him on Monday, and he quickly identified an important issue and... asked for the broker’s information. I provided it Tuesday, and by Wednesday afternoon, the moving company contacted me and confirmed delivery for the next day—after I had been waiting over six weeks for a move that was only about a four-hour drive. He also guided me on how to respond to the movers and spoke directly with the moving company’s owner on my behalf on the day of delivery. After I received my household goods, he continued to provide honest and practical advice when I had questions about possible damage. His assistant was also wonderful and patient. She walked me through how to check a moving company’s operating status and gave me helpful advice on how to avoid similar problems with moving companies in the future. I was truly impressed by how quickly he understood the situation, identified the key issue, and took effective action. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone dealing with a moving-related dispute.
