I could not recommend Kimberley more highly. She was the lead attorney on a complex business litigation case against a slippery, morally challenged defendant. This person was experienced in creating complex schemes to mask his fraud and deceitful practices. He had almost succeeded in killing our case... by all sorts of unethical practices, and at the time was trying to use the legal process, using all sorts of scams that we needed to use our resources to defend. Kim stepped in to take the lead on the case, and immediately began to dig into the details to formulate a legal plan of attack. Her discovery was thorough and inspired; she was able to punch holes through many of the defenses put up by opposing counsel through the evidence that she found. Her knowledge of the law was impressive, and she used this to build a rock solid case on our behalf. When it came to bring the case to trial, she again stepped up and led the judge through the case in a measured and thoughtful way. Through two days, she presented the evidence calmly, but forcefully, keeping the opposing council off balance. In the end, the case that Kimberly presented was so strong that the judge deliberated for only an hour before ruling in our favor.
