Joseph Michael Lesko

I have represented companies in various types of mergers and acquisitions transactions. I have assisted clients in buying and selling businesses. These engagements include assisting clients in building a team for the transaction. I often assist clients in evaluating and retaining investment bankers and accounting firms. I participate with the client to organize the team in such a way that the company can efficiently manage the transactional process.

I am very experienced in representing companies in licensing, joint ventures and commercial agreements. I also have entrepreneurial experience as the member of a management team in an emerging growth company and as an investor in such companies.

I am very experienced in representing public and private companies in corporate securities transactions. I also have experience as a regulator having worked in the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. I have advised companies in all aspects of compliance with the securities laws.
