I hired Dia to handle my documents in my child support case. She was very accurate and communicative, she called me before my hearing to help me prepare. I like that she offers her services at a flat fee per service. I did not come across any other attorney that offers that option. It was very helpfu...l and affordable for me. She is also extremely honest, she told me that I didn’t need her for my hearing and saved me $1000! I won my case and I will definitely use her again for any future needs.

I reached out to Dia in 2019, regarding filing for divorce, we agreed for full service half when we submit and half when we get the court processed, Dia went M.I.A from December 2020 until March 2021, when she finally responded back to my emails and phone calls, she assured me that the agreement was ...signed and she submitted all documents to the court for final judgment, and theres no need for me to go down to the court as it was normal delay due to covid . 6 months later Dia was M.I.A again, this time I decided to go to court and inquire about my case status, turns out that the court never received the settlement agreement from my attorney, and been notified 3 different times to appear in front the of the court (notice of hearing) and I was never been alerted or been told that I have a hearing scheduled, until I went down to the court myself and discovered that my attorney did not do her job. attorney received full payment as I was assured that everything was done and nothing else is needed. this has delayed other aspects of my life and delayed my case resolution. I highly DO NOT recommend Dia as she is not a competent attorney.

Paid the Retainer to her, she asked to give her a few days to review everything and get back to me. Three weeks went by with no response to my texts or calls. Calls go straight to voice mail. Sent email requested my Retainer refunded. She responded immediately, saying she has motion ready to file.... Gave her another opportunity, she said have it done and ready for signature next day. Three weeks have passed yet again, no responses to my calls, messages. Again requested Retainer refund. No response with my continued efforts in trying to reach her no going into month two. Devastating to one who just wants to see my children!!
