She has been putting me off for months after I already paid her to do A job that should have takin a week . I was starting to believe she wasn’t a real lawyer and was going to turn it over to the FBI. Because of these comments I know she does this to her clients I wish there was a way she could be ...held accountable.

I hired Ms. Dia Rodgers as my divorce lawyer. I paid her $3,500 to start the case. She sent me paperwork that I filled out however she never turned it in to the courts. I mean never. I called her she left me a a message saying that she was headed there to file the paperwork. She never did it looked ...like I never sent anything to the courts per my divorce. When I tried to contact her my messages went to voicemail and she never called me back. I never heard from her or got any money back. I highly recommend finding someone else.

So I hired Dia for a family lawyer case and in the very beginning she was very responsive. She got back to me no problem now I found out that my case has been reassigned on my own record without her telling me I’m supposed to have a court date here in July and here it is already July 13 and I still d...on’t have my court dates or my mediation dates from her. I’m very frustrated at this point I don’t know what to do. I’ve rendered services and this woman will not get back to me, so I’m afraid that I’ve lost the three grand that I spent.

I was in such a desperate need of an attorney and I didn't take my time to do my research. I explained to her my issue and I did all the work she should have done and still I paid her on time. My heart broke on the of court that she had never submitted my responsive declaration and never notified the... court that she would be representing me. Since she was unprepared the judge scheduled and evidentuary court day for one year later. I had already given her all my paper proof to defend me. It was the worst day of my life. This was in 2021 and now we are in 2024 and I'm still trying to get at least visiting time. I'm so disappointed even though the court has all my evidence the don't care cause now I have represent myself thanks to her.
