I have been planning to set-up a Living Trust for a few years. I finally knew it was time to initiate the process to protect my wife and children, but did not know who to use or where to go to accomplish this. I began searching for a local attorney. I have never been part of any litigation or needed ...an attorney before. My first couple attempts found me telling myself that i will get back to the search later or ask a friend for a referral. I finally came across Dan Weiner in one my attempts to search and find the right attorney. What initially stood out was his education and Duke University. I have a lot of respect for Duke and my daughter visited Duke and almost went there. I called Dan and set-up a meeting to meet with my wife and me. We both were very impressed with his knowledge and preparation for the initial meeting. We also were impressed with his advice and warmth during this initial meeting. Dan had sent me a template so we had an accurate picture of where we were and our goals for this initial meeting. Dan gave us the advice on the specifics, and explained the intricacies of setting up the proper Living Trust and structure. Three weeks later Dan came to our house with a notary to finalize the Living Trust. My wife and I feel very lucky to have found Dan and quite honestly could not have found a better person and attorney to guide us through the process. So much so that I decided to share my experience and write a review. First ever. I would encourage you to begin the process if you are like me and know that you need to set up a Living Trust to protect your family. I highly recommend Dan and feel like I have a new friend and attorney.

Dan did a great job for us wrt our Will and Trust. This was an update on previous document - Dan was able to review what we had done before and upgrade that with many relevant suggestions -- all of which we incorporated in the final document. Dan took the effort to meet us in advance, understand ou...r specific needs, and customize the documents to reflect our very unique circumstances. While we were able to get all the work done by phone/email, for the final signing, he very conveniently visited us at home with a notary -- so we did not even have to step out of our home to get all the work done. We recommend him without any hesitation and will use him again in the future.
