This was an update on previous document - Dan was able to review what we had done before and upgrade that with many relevant suggestions -- all of which we incorporated in the final document. While we were able to get all the work done by phone/email, for the final signing, he very conveniently visited us at home with a notary -- so we did not even have to step out of our home to get all the work done.
