As the lead attorney at Cynthia Chihak & Associates, Cynthia Chihak brings decades of courtroom experience and a reputation built on preparation, professionalism, and strong advocacy. Her work has also been recognized by San Diego Magazine, Super Lawyers, and San Diego Metro Magazine, and she has been selected for The Best Lawyers in America in medical malpractice and personal injury. Beyond her practice, Ms. Chihak has held leadership roles in statewide and local trial lawyer organizations, served as ABOTA President, and is a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. She also frequently lectures for legal and professional groups, sharing practical insight from real trial experience.
