Asked for $500 to $1,000 upfront

I have no means to validate the claims and reviews of others, except: I have received written electronic communication from him to pay $500 to $1,000 upfront to handle my eviction case. I make no comments on his abilities as a lawyer nor if he has committed the acts others have accused him of. Bas...ed on these reviews, however, I probably will not use him. That's all I have to say.

Scam

He literally didn’t do anything besides ignore my messages and calls anything that I would ask him he wanted $500 upfront I basically paid him to email me a fee waiver I asked for my money back since he didn’t do anything I’m yet to hear from him said he would represent me in small claims court I bel...ieve him why wouldn’t I believe him I just happened to come across a video about what to expect during a smalls claims hearing first thing they it said in big bold letters clients represent themselves due to attorneys not being allowed what a joke

As I told you, I finished the work on your small claims case that you paid me for. You know I emailed you the draft Claim and Order which you approved AND SIGNED. Your statement that all I did is send you a fee waiver is a blatant misrepresentation. This is easily proved by emails between us and by your signatures on the paperwork Look at the invoice. I did everything I agreed to do, except the trial preparation, which we do not do until before the trial. We specifically discussed the fact up front that you can’t have a lawyer in small claims court. You claiming otherwise is also untrue. You also agreed to pay me $500 to answer the unlawful detainer lawsuit you were served with. Based on your promise, I started preparing the Answer. At your request, I agreed to split the payment into two $250 payments, neither of which you have made. You left this part out of your review. If you don’t file a response, you may be evicted by default in very short order, possibly in as little as two weeks. If you don’t wish to proceed, I can dismiss the small claims case and refund you half of the $500 you paid. Please let me know immediately. Your phone is disconnected and will not accept text messages. Best of luck.

Very knowledgeable and helpful.

I contacted Mr. Brehme earlier today regarding an eviction case. He was extremely helpful and offered to take my case. I would hire him if only I had the ability to retain him.

Clear and concise legal advice!

Mr. Brehme handled a settlement contract for my business. His suggestions and advice clarified the contract for my protection and his arguments were sound. I also very musch apprecated his efficiency.

Excellent Attorney

My husband and I found T. Hall Brehme online. We were dealing with a complicated landlord/tenant bait and switch, breach of contract dispute. Hall was very knowledgeable and able to reach a resolution quickly. Hall went above and beyond what the normal attorney would do to resolve the situation. He l...istened to us, reviewed extensive documentation and represented us both professionally and aggressively. Hall's legal knowledge is an asset - he presented us with options we didn't know were available to us. He consistently followed up with us and was very easy to reach via phone and email. His fees were very reasonable for the work he performed. When dealing with unscrupulous people, you need the right attorney representing you - T. Hall Brehme is that attorney. We would absolutely use him again and we would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
