Ross Evan Veta

My wife left me unilaterally and unexpectedly, and took our 2 year old son with her. She also retained an attorney in San Diego, who supposedly has raving reviews, and filed a Domestic Violence Restraining Order against me. I had to act quickly and entered my name into a link on the internet whil...e looking for attorney's to defend myself, and voila, I received a call from Ross Veta. Ross took full advantage of the opposing party’s errors, omissions, and lies, yet focused on those things that truly mattered to the judge in our case, someone he is familiar with here in North County. Divorce is a very emotional experience, and it has been for me since my estranged wife tried to drag me through the mud. Yet Ross Veta saw right through all the smoke and mirrors, and came up with a game plan to deal with each allegation. Needless to say, I wasn’t as impressed my estranged wife’s attorney nearly as much as I was with Ross Veta. Ross has a demeanor that can’t be matched; he’s focused, but is also a very likable person, something that’s rare in the legal profession. The outcome? I won the case and the Domestic Violence case was dropped, even before Ross had the opportunity to cross-examine my estranged wife. And I even have joint custody, and almost 50% visitation of my 2 year old son. Thanks for everything Ross.

Mr. Veta was able to represent us in a lawsuit where we sued by an employer and were able to recover a large settlement back from the employer. Throughout the experience, he was ethical, professional, communicative, and effective. He also represented us in another lawsuit thst concerned copyright ...infringment. Mr. Veta was able to ethically and legally represent us and guide us in making a decision that quickly terminated this horrible experience.

When I later discovered that assets had been omitted from my original Marital Settlement Agreement, Ross took my case and was able to get me the payout that I was entitled. I wasn't sure in this situation if it was "too late" for me to recover what was owed to me, but Ross ensured me that there were ...steps we could take and ultimately exceeded my expectations.
