Ross Evan Veta

My wife left me unilaterally and unexpectedly, and took our 2 year old son with her. She also retained an attorney in San Diego, who supposedly has raving reviews, and filed a Domestic Violence Restraining Order against me. Divorce is a very emotional experience, and it has been for me since my estranged wife tried to drag me through the mud. Yet Ross Veta saw right through all the smoke and mirrors, and came up with a game plan to deal with each allegation. Needless to say, I wasn’t as impressed my estranged wife’s attorney nearly as much as I was with Ross Veta. Ross has a demeanor that can’t be matched; he’s focused, but is also a very likable person, something that’s rare in the legal profession. The outcome? I won the case and the Domestic Violence case was dropped, even before Ross had the opportunity to cross-examine my estranged wife. And I even have joint custody, and almost 50% visitation of my 2 year old son. Thanks for everything Ross.
