Twice Scott tried to transfer title on a property into my trust. Both time, the transfer was denied. He does not return phone calls or emails. Three, four, and never go by without a response to emails and phone calls, particularly when he is in the wrong and doesn't know how to correct his errors.

Scott was very helpful in amending my grandmothers living trust. He was very patient with our lack of knowledge and explained everything in detail. He was also more than fair with his fees.
