Great experience for a bad situation
Honestly, any time legal is involved there is always a sense of uneasiness and uncertainty. From the first meeting with Damon he was great gave me a few pointers for legal advice as well as personal advise of how to cope with the issues. When things came down to the line Dianne did a lot of the coo...

Wonderful Experience / Great Pricing / Great Outcome!
I was in serious need of legal representation due to my divorce that suffered from a failed mediation process and I found myself in an extremely vulnerable state not knowing what to do. I immediately began shopping attorneys and some wouldn't even take my initial call without charging $3-400 dollars,...

"Outstanding" Family Law Attorney
Mr. Damon Forney represented my very complicated divorce case exceptionally well. I had one attorney prior to Mr. Forney, but he didn't have the requisite skills and ability to handle my case properly. In every sense of the term, matters requiring legal attention are as unique as we are as individual...

Look Elsewhere
This attorney wanted me to go to trial just so he can set the date out until the trial dates. Meanwhile he did absolutely nothing on the details of the case. Untimely filings, ignored phone calls, blaming the judge and other clients for his poor performance seemed to be the norm. He did me a favor by...
Unfortunately, my duty of confidentiality prevents me from responding fully to the negative information posted in this review, posted anonymously. I take my professional responsibilities as a lawyer seriously and I do my best to serve the needs of all of my clients. Being involved in a family law matter is emotionally taxing and I would not be a successful at it as I am unless I was highly skilled in dealing with the emotional needs of my clients. No level of skill, patience and empathy, however, can prevent an occasionally unsatisfied client and I am happy that I have had very few of them in this difficult and challenging practice over the last 20 years.

Great at billing
FAILED at advising me, FAILED at communicating, EXCELLED at billing I asked Mr. Forney to write me a seperation agreement which I had negotiated with my husband. I was on a time limit so I asked if he could provide this service quickly. He called me in & from that point on it was a sit down & shut...
"I have opposed Mr.Forney in a pre-marital matter, and I have been a colleague for over a decade. He is one of the good lawyers that is able to zealously advocate for his clients, but also provide wise confidential counsel. While many lawyers (particularly in family law) are willing to profit from a client's initial frustration and litigate issues that have little chance of success (for a handsome hourly fee), Mr. Forney respects his clients enough to ensure that the cost-benefit analysis is considered. There is no 100% likelihood in family law. But at least Mr. Forney is honest with his clients about their chances and their objectives BEFORE they pay him thousands of dollars for a misguided motion. I feel that this trait adds to Mr. Forney's credibility with Courts; they do not see him arguing frivolous motions, so when he is arguing for his client, Courts know he's addressing a legitimate issue."
