We were referred to Nora by a highly respected Los Angeles federal judge almost ten years ago. From our very first meeting, Nora was kind, understanding and gave personalized expert legal advice. She outlined the entire years process to US Citizenship, detailed each of the intermediate steps and p...aperwork required along the way. Her fees were extremely reasonable and offered payment plans. Of course, it was very important for us that not only Nora was caring and easy to work with, but also the rest of her team in the office. Throughout the 5 years, Nora and her office kept us on track on every piece of paperwork with plenty of lead time. When the time came to meet the immigration office downtime, we were understandably stressed, but she prepped us through the anticipated questions so that our nerves were as calm as possible. There were no surprises and every step went just as she predicted. There were also times that we had last minutes questions or fears and she was always an email away. Easy to communicate by email promptly responding and also she returned phone messages. I should mention that Nora is fluent in Spanish which was a great help as I did not need to translate for my Spanish only parents. While Nora was our paid lawyer and her paralegals Scott and Gallo, I really felt that they were like family to us. They will always hold a special place in our family's hearts as I can't imagine any other lawyer being as caring and full of expert immigration knowledge as Nora and Scott.
