Biography
I started my law practice with one main goal in mind, help families take care of their loved ones by providing the best possible service. I strive to ensure my clients are well taken care of through out the entire process from first meeting to the final signing. Getting to know the client and their family situation is the reason why I got into estate planning in the first place. I pride myself in building both a professional and friendly relationship with the client as this ensures the engagement will be a successful one.
I assist clients with their estate planning needs including Revocable (living) Trusts, Wills, Power of Attorney, Advanced Health Care Directive and other related estate plan documents. My services also include trust administration assistance as well as small business planning related to formation, contracts and succession planning.
Lastly, I assist clients with asset protection matters related to the personal residence, small business, corporate stock, rental property and investment property.

Excellent Process and Reasonable
Klinton is an excellent attorney. He really focused on explaining the estate planning process and why we were doing certain things. For example, we thought we just needed a will.
