The lawyer took no responsibility for his associates and it was difficult to understand what was happening on their end. The experience with Jennifer's office was completely different. Our forms were filled in perfectly with no mistakes and she did a fantastic job preparing our documents and evidence. She uses an online portal which keeps everything about our case organised allowing us to access all of our documents. Our application was concise but also very detailed, highlighting relevant legislature for the immigration office. A note for any of those with military spouses - Jennifer is especially good at dealing with these cases and is very knowledgeable on the impact of active military duty on immigration law.
