We hired Jennifer to handle our change of status after getting married, having previously hired a different lawyer to handle our fiance visa petition. We can say we found this to be true throughout the process. She is very professional and passionate about the work she does. Previously, we had an immigration lawyer who 'sold' us on his services before passing our case onto his associates. His associates did a bad job on communication, keeping up with current law and gave us the impression they didn't really care about our case. They took a long time to do everything and gave us many excuses rather than explanations. The lawyer took no responsibility for his associates and it was difficult to understand what was happening on their end. The experience with Jennifer's office was completely different. Our forms were filled in perfectly with no mistakes and she did a fantastic job preparing our documents and evidence.
