Greg and Claudia are the best!!! When I found them on line with the price they were charging for a BK I was very skepical. I thought the price was to low and that there would be more "fees" coming as we progressed with the filing of the chapter 7. He was very knowledgeable and just plain nice. Go...ing through a BK I was feeling like a "loser". Greg and Claudia treated/talked to me with respect and truly cared about me. Bottom line the price is cheap compared to other lawyers. $1306.00 is the total cost period. Most charge $2500.00 plust the 306 filing fee. I highly recommend Greg and his firm to anyone.

They were very knowledgeable & helped us a great deal. I p...aid a flat fee of $1000.00 to Mr Choate for his services and $306.00 for the court costs. I was never asked for any more money. They answered every call & e-mail. Mr Choate was in the court room early & helped us prepare the last minute documents. Even after court a few days later I had a question & they immediately answered my call & my question with accuracy & reassurance. I am very pleased & would recommend them at any time.
