Biography
I have been a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization since 2003. I truly enjoy what I do.
I help families prepare complete esate plans, which include a revocable living trust to avoid probate and reduce estate taxes, pour-over wills, powers of attorney for finances, advance health care directives and transferring their personal residence into their trust.
Another big part of my practice involves probate and trust administration. After more than 27 years of practice, I have a lot of experience with a wide variety of probate and trust administration issues. My goal is to make the process as easy on the family as possible and try to preserve the family relationships through the work that needs to be done to administer an estate.
My practice is located on Miramar Road, next to the 15 freeway.
