Erin Kathleen Barns

Ms. Barns graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in the top three percent of her class. While at USD, she was the recipient of the Faculty Honor Scholarship and received CALI awards for top grades in Trademarks, Professional Responsibility (Legal Ethics), Tax, and Tax Policy. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Santa Clara University, graduating magna cum laude.

Ms. Barns is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of California, the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Central Districts of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She has appeared pro hac vice in the United District Courts for the District of Arizona, the Southern District of New York, and the Middle District of Florida.
