Darnell Renee Donahue

Darnell R. Donahue concentrates his practice on shareholder rights and whistleblower litigation. Mr. Donahue is a member of the firm’s new matters practice group, evaluating the viability of cases and initiating litigation on behalf of the firm’s clients. Mr. Donahue also works closely with the firm’s business development department to educate shareholders and other potential plaintiffs about the firm’s practice areas and assist with onboarding new clients.

Prior to joining Robbins LLP, Mr. Donahue served as deputy general counsel at a Chicago-based consulting firm and as an advance coordinator for a Chicago mayoral campaign that successfully elected the candidate to office. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Donahue worked for six years at securities litigation firm Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP, where he served public and private investor clients in the institutional investor relations group.
