Biography
Carole Baldwin is a Certified Family Law Specialist. Her goal is to educate her clients about their legal rights and obligations and to inform them of the different options (mediation, collaborative law and litigation) available to resolve their case. She has been in practice for almost 15 years. Her practice is devoted solely to Family Law related matters such as divorce, child custody, support and property division. She also acts as a mediator or will consult with clients who are participating in the mediation process. Although an experienced litigator who strongly advocates for her clients in court, as a trained mediator she recognizes the benefits of reaching settlements outside of court.
