Biography
Mary McQuillan Anan graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law in 2009. Upon her admission to the State Bar of California, Mary knew she wanted to practice law in a way that was different from any of the firms or agencies with which she interned during law school- Mary wanted a practice that was innovative, accessible, and client-centric. Realizing that the best way for her to accomplish this goal was to "hang her own shingle," Mary opened the Law Office of Mary McQuillan. Mary is also admitted to the Federal District Courts in the Southern and Central Districts of California.
Bankruptcy and consumer law are complex areas of law that are constantly evolving. To be able to provide the competent and skilled representation that her clients deserve, Mary McQuillan Anan focuses exclusively in these areas of law. Mary spends a great deal of her time attending workshops and reading new case law to stay up-to-date with the fast-changing pace of bankruptcy and consumer law. Mary finds it very rewarding to be able to help southern Californians get through difficult times in their lives and give them a "fresh start" free from debt.
Mary is a proud a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, the San Diego Lawyers Club, the Greater San Diego Business Association, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA).
