Marc Andrew Cyr

Marc Cyr received his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2010, graduating having received recognition for his performance in both business planning and tax planning courses. He passed the California bar exam in July 2010 and went on to work for a small law firm in San Diego, while at the same time working in an upper level management position in a medical group. In August 2011, Marc went to London, United Kingdom to earn his MBA from top-ranked Hult International Business School (MBA program ranked #31 in the world by The Economist and ranked #65 in the world and #1 in International Experience by the Financial Times).

Marc truly understands the importance of not just giving his clients sound legal guidance, but also the need for commercially sound legal advice.

Marc has worked on behalf of companies to ensure that their business matters are handled with the utmost care, and he has himself been a business owner. Prior to living in California, Marc served as the President and one of the founders of an LLC in Kansas working with real estate investors to ensure that their properties were rental market ready.

Marc especially enjoys working with startups because he truly believes that helping entrepreneurs acheive their goals and dreams through successful legal guidance is a service that is indispensable. In this capacity, Marc has guided startups from formation, through funding rounds (connecting companies with investors), while ensuring the investment round goes according to plan for the company. Marc has also provided indispensable connections for corporate clients for purposes of promotion, marketing, and company growth.

• Marc is licensed to practice law in California.
• In February 2013, Marc will sit for the Massachusetts bar examination.
