When my employer was needlessly stalling returning me to work after I was injured on the job, it looked as if I might never have my job back. ( More than a 14 months had passed since my doctor had released me to return to work .) The employer was making ridiculous excuses and hiring employees at a lo...wer salary to fill my position. Mr. Ruggieri saw right through my employer's unethical tactics and had me back on the job within a matter of a few weeks after I hired him. I will always be grateful for his help.

Wasn’t too impressed with this one. While I received what would be considered a normal amount for my claim, I felt like it was more 3 against 1 instead of 2 against 2. If you are my lawyer I expect you to be on my side and not tell me how much you agree with the opposing party and just regurgitate wh...at the other lawyer said. If I wanted the other lawyer’s advice I would just hire the other lawyer. Also, telling me I am not “entitled” to certain things just makes me irritated. I wouldn’t use him again.
