Kelly Waggonner graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a double major in Government and Sociology - a perfect blend for later moving into the area of family law. Kelly's passion lies with helping people resolve their family law legal disputes and meeting their objectives in a manner that affords them dignity, respect, and a fair and just result. Kelly encourages clients to work outside of the court system whenever possible to resolve their disputes in an efficient and economical manner by pursuing mediation and alternative dispute resolution.  

Kelly loves working with people and serving as a mediator to help couples resolve their disputes together - enabling them to be decision-making stakeholders in their own resolutions and in formulating their own child-sharing plans, as opposed to leaving those paramount issues up to an overburdened and financially strained court system.

Unfortunately, not every case presents itself with two reasonable parties and two reasonable attorneys, so Kelly is a zealous and enthusiastic advocate for each and every client who needs courtroom representation.  Kelly also prepares marital and nonmarital property agreements, including prenuptial, postnuptial, and cohabitation agreements.
