Jeffrey Michael Webb

Jeffrey M. Webb is the founder and managing attorney of Venture Coast Law. He is a startup and small business attorney in San Diego.  His practice focuses primarily on business structuring, corporate governance, venture finance, and employment. 

Prior to founding Venture Coast Law, Jeffrey received his juris doctorate, summa cum laude, from California Western School of Law.  While there he held a position as editor of the school's law review and international law journal, and received numerous scholarships, awards, and distinctions.  Jeffrey also worked as a judicial extern for the California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District. 

After law school, Jeffrey was recruited to work as the Director of Legal Relations for Lexvid, Inc., a startup corporation in San Diego's thriving technology industry.  At the company since its inception, Jeffrey was an integral part of nearly every aspect of the company's development and launch into the market place.  There he gained practical legal experience in areas such as: negotiating and drafting agreements; corporate governance; capital acquisition activities; intellectual property; and building and managing a complex legal compliance system. He also acted as one of the company's chief strategic business planners.
