I hired this this very ineffective and undependable attorney to represent my custody case. He promised he'd fight hard and win back all my time with my son and delivered none of the things he promised that he would. He actually ended up getting my time with my son reduced! He was very unprofessional ...during personal meetings, and very unprofessional, unprepared and always late for court hearings. This angered the judge and my ex's attorney at every hearing. On many occasions the judge would get so frustrated with him that she warned him of contempt of court.

I retained Mr. Calhoon after I discovered mywife having an affair and she moved out with the kids and filed for divorce and custody and tried to make it so I couldn't see my kids ...turning me into a giant ATM. I was totally despondent over the divorce and barely able to function. He stopped my soon to be ex and her high priced attorney in their tracks ... My wifes 600 hr attorney was genuinely intimidated by Mr. Calhoon and it was evident that he commands a great deal of respect from the judges and court staff as well.
