I was forced into a 50/50 agreement with dad which after he received this he didn’t exercise 1 overnight. It was all just to reduce child support which he demanded that tutors must be “jointly used”. Both girls have an IEP and 504 (both take college classes in high school) and because of the language... “jointly used” Adam denied me the reimbursement of tutors. One child has been tutoring since 1st grade because of dyslexia. My daughter was raped at her dads house which is the reason the girls didn’t want to return to dads house and Adam didn’t care! He denied medical, school, tutoring bills and told me if I ever return to court again I will have to pay dads attorney bills. Well now that I have been forced to jot file again dad has stopped paying child support all together. So THANK YOU ADAM FOR NOT DOING YOUR JOB AND CAUSING MORE PAIN TO MY FAMILY. He also told my attorney to stop objecting and didn’t want to hear anymore from my attorney. How is my attorney supposed to represent me if he cannot object? I believe because dad is an ex MLB player he continues to get away with everything! I was treated so poorly and dad was treated with respect. Dad’s attorney even got caught talking bad about me and using the F word and Adam did nothing but allow it and warn them they should mute there mics. Adam even allowed the attorney and dad to leave the hearing mid hearing to answer the door because of pizza guy was there. While we waited for them to return. Both girls have been in therpay most of there lives due to issues at dads house and I would pay for therpay and send in a super bill to the insurance company the insurance company would then reimburse dad and dad would not pay me back. Adam didn’t care!

Adam Wertheimer is just collecting a paycheck from the state and does not exercise legal action according to California State Laws. As a DCSS representative, he repeatedly allows dead beat parents to not have to contribute to child support and sides with drug addicted fathers. He is as unfair land l...iberal as they get, and during one of our court hearings I could have sworn the guy was buzzed. Perhaps he hides the bottle in his chambers. After hearing all the excuses from the parents who DO NOT support their kids, I can’t say I don’t blame the guy. This commissioner needs disciplinary action from The California State Bar.
