I hired Mark for my bankruptcy case in 2012 and most recently for my divorce. I went through a very ugly divorce as my wife was bipolar. She and her family hired a high profile attorney and they used every dirty trick in the book from a restraining order to CPS to take our 3 year old daughter away fr...om me for their financial gains while attempting to cover up her diagnosis of bipolar disorder. Mark was able to get me full physical and legal custody of our 3 year old daughter through all of it. This was very important for her safety and well being. Just a month prior to our divorce our daughter had a near death drowning experience under the care of her mother and I was not willing to gamble with her life. I spoke with Mark, I noticed he very knowledgeable about civil laws and codes. He provided me honest and straightforward advices of which I did not want to hear.
