They were very profes...sional, flexible enough to work around my crazy schedule for communicating, and settled my case out of court (saving us all the headache and time involved). I highly recommend reaching out if you have apartment concerns, regardless of funds, as the consult I initially did was free, and then they got paid from the settlement! I recently hired Ilya for a case that was such a ridiculous nuisance and though my frustrations were obvious, he maintained a steady, reassuring and professional demeanor throughout the case while also taking the time to validate my frustrations. In the end, though there were some aspects of the ...“final outcome” that were a bit bothersome, Ilya was proactive in highlighting the positive sides of the end result which clearly helped me to see that we in fact had very good victories too. Does not care about winning the case puts in 0 effort then says the reason is he needs a large sum of money to do anything. Wastes months of time. Would not have chosen him to begin and waste endless time unfortunately got a bad recommendation from a friend who will probably lose because of him. Tol...d me flat out lies for no reason I feel he was trying to make me lose case.

That became a guiding principle for us and helped us to get more money beyond the first settlement offer. In the past I have found working with lawyers to be rather frustrating, like they have all this knowledge and unless I ask a question in the right way they will not share it with me.
