Ilya Signayevsky

I had a bad experience. Hired Ilya and Binh may 2022, failed to communicate or ask to explain evidence or case. When filed in June 2023- no knowledge of case, told me statutes had expired, but I checked and had until July 2024. Lied about adjuster being involved and paper trail. Under evaluated ...my case , did my discovery and questions from defense early, before and refusing to do mine. I refused to work with him, and it got worse from there. Highly rude no people skills with us at least. I decided to not file complaint as I Hired new attorneys.

Mr. Signayevsky helped me in many ways! Took a lot of pressure and stress off of me. I was going through a lot with my previous landlord/management company and Atty. Signayevsky made sure everything was taken care of. Him and his team kept their word and always was available when I needed them. Commu...nication was there most definitely. Does not care about winning the case puts in 0 effort then says the reason is he needs a large sum of money to do anything. Wastes months of time. Would not have chosen him to begin and waste endless time unfortunately got a bad recommendation from a friend who will probably lose because of him. Tol...d me flat out lies for no reason I feel he was trying to make me lose case.

I've already reviewed Binh Bui and his team who were fantastic to work with, and Ilya was part of that team so I'd like to share our experience here as well. We were able to settle for an amount that we felt was fair. Most importantly, we found Ilya really easy to work with. One thing I parti...cularly loved about working with Ilya is that when we got our first settlement offer, he said "I don't want you to accept this and then, two years from now, wish you had held out for more." That became a guiding principle for us and helped us to get more money beyond the first settlement offer. In the past I have found working with lawyers to be rather frustrating, like they have all this knowledge and unless I ask a question in the right way they will not share it with me. Ilya was not like that at all, he was straightforward and plain spoken and we felt supported and completely informed every step along the way. From our first email and phone consult through the cashing of the settlement check the entire team was always responsive and willing to explain what was going on in a way that made our decisions easy. Seriously, this is the best experience with a lawyer that we have ever had.and this team was fantastic to work with. We were able to settle for an amount that we felt was fair. Most importantly, we found him and his team really easy to work with.
